SaikatAcademy ("we", "our", or "us") operates the website www.saikatacademy.in and the SaikatAcademy mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Advertising — Google AdSense & AdMob

We use Google AdSense on our website and Google AdMob in our mobile application to display advertisements operated by Google LLC.

What Google collects via AdSense / AdMob:

Mobile Advertising IDs: On Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads. On iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking.

Children's Privacy & Student Data

For students aged 13–17 we display only Google-certified family-safe advertisements where possible and do not collect more data than necessary.

Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

• Google LLC — for advertising (AdSense, AdMob) and analytics.
• Payment Processors — Razorpay/PayU process payments; we never receive full card details.
• Cloud Hosting Providers — host our servers under data processing agreements.
• Legal Compliance — disclosed when required by Indian law or court order.
• Business Transfers — in mergers or acquisitions, data transfers to successor entities bound by this policy.

We do not sell personal data to any third party.
